I am a Culinary graduate class of 2018. I have obtained my City and Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts from KeTala Chefs Academy in Garsfontein, Pretoria.
I have knowledge and experience both as a Commercial and Private Chef, creating unique, flavorful dishes that meet clients' expectations. I have a keen eye for detail when presenting and plating dishes. I understand the importance of creating menus and dishes that are in compliance with the clients requirements.
