I honed my fine-dining skills at the prestigious Protea Hotel and further refined my craft at the esteemed Gardiner Restaurant.

My dedication was recognized when I was featured in the local newspaper for my role as Head Chef at the renowned Polokwane Family Picnic, an experience that showcased my ability to excel under pressure and deliver for a large-scale event. I am now channeling my passion into a unique specialty: creating sophisticated, flavorful, and beautifully balanced CBD-infused dishes that promote wellness and offer a truly unique dining experience.
