I am a professionally trained chef with experience in fine dining, menu development, and private dining. I worked as a Junior Sous Chef, where I focus on refined, seasonal cuisine, elegant plating, and fully composed starters. My style leans modern European with global influences and a strong respect for produce, seafood, and technique.

In private settings, I enjoy creating bespoke menus tailored to my clients’ tastes, dietary needs, and occasions; whether it’s an intimate dinner, celebratory meal, or immersive multi-course experience. I believe hospitality goes beyond the plate, and I aim to make each event seamless, warm, and memorable from planning to execution.

I am passionate about food that feels both elevated and deeply personal, and I’m continuously exploring new ingredients, ideas, and culinary traditions to expand my craft.
