I am a professional chef and professional patisserie Chef who graduated at Capsicum culinary studio, did my 2 year course. Cooking was introduced to me at a very young age, I would call it " love at first sight " . From the age of 10 year I learned how to cook my first meal . The hot kitchen was my favorite place but recently over thr years I fell in love with Pastry , the excitement of a baking and the baked goods come out exactly how you expected.
