I am qualified professional chef with just over 8 years experience working in some of the countries finest establishments. I have cultivated my art and passion in many different facets of the culinary world and I would say one of my greatest attributes is my diversity. I studied in Cape Town, then began my professional career in Johannesburg, ran a kitchen in the Eastern Cape and then became a VIP private chef at the countries biggest private game reserve.
