I am a very curious person who is constantly hunting for new cooking skills.

I recently just returned from the USA, having worked for the second biggest golf course in the world, i worked alongside amazing Chefs whom i have picked up on various skills and tricks from, i also worked in SA for 5 years before I left the country. I have a Diploma in food preparation and cooking(culinary arts) from the International Holtel School of South Africa.
