My passion for food was realised at the age of 8 years where I used to hang around the kitchen while mom is cooking. I have studied Hospitality and Food Management and have worked in diverse culinary environments ranging from 4 star Hotels, 5 star Game Reserve, Outsourced Corporate Catering Companies, Private Banks and Private Cheffing for families. I am very cognisant about the importance of Food Safety and Hygiene.
