I am a versatile culinary artist who enjoys fusing classical methods from around the world with comfort food from various places .
I am a professional with 2 years experience in the culinary world. I studied culinary arts at the International Hotel School in Johannesburg, then went on to working as a Junior chef at Southern Sun in Hyde Park. Where I feel I learned the most about myself as a young chef. I have much love and passion for what I do. I find great joy and happiness in seeing people's days brighten or get better because of the taste of my food. A lot of people underestimate the power that food has to make someone's day or their mood and the power to bring people together , and I live for it.
