I’m Chef Milo, a professionally trained chef with a strong foundation in classical and contemporary culinary techniques. I studied Professional Cookery at the International Hotel School in Johannesburg, where I developed not only my technical skills but also a deep respect for discipline, creativity and consistency in the kitchen.

With three years of hands-on industry experience, I’ve worked across different kitchen environments that taught me speed, precision, menu development and the importance of adapting to each client’s unique tastes. I’m well-versed in menu design, recipe development, flavour pairing and delivering meals that balance presentation, quality and comfort.

My cooking style blends modern influences with fresh, bold flavours. I enjoy creating dishes that feel thoughtful and personal—whether that’s everyday meals, wellness-focused menus or elevated dining experiences at home. I’m passionate about designing food that fits seamlessly into people’s lifestyles while still feeling special.
