I'm an Italian born Chef, relocated to SA in 2020 when I married my wife, Arianna.
I have more then 12 years of experience on working as a professional Chef and restaurateur in Italy.
My passion started at a very young age , as my father was a chef himself and owned 3 restaurant in the north of Italy , near Milano. I grow up in kitchens and behind restaurant counters , therefore this passion was imprinted on me.
