I'm a young professional chef who studied at fusion cooking school in Durban. I have advanced diploma in culinary arts. I've worked for different restaurants and I've learned from each one of them and now I'm happy to say that I'm able to run a full kitchen Brigade by myself since I've been head chef in two restaurants.
