I'm a Creative at heart with a mind for Business, Rockstar in the Kitchen; Foodie of Note and an All-Round Gourmet Chef.

I am a self-taught Chef with over 7 years of experience in the Hospitality, Food and Beverage industry. My Culinary journey began in 2018 as an Apprentice at Babooshka Hospitality, where I developed strong foundational skills and a passion for refined, memorable dining experiences.

In 2020, I formally registered my own Hospitality company, which has been successfully operating ever since. Through my company, I have catered for Government functions, Corporate events, and high-profile individuals, delivering exceptional service and curated culinary experiences for events of all sizes.

My business was featured on YFM’s Morning Break – Mind Your Business show hosted by XtremmeDJ, highlighting both my entrepreneurial journey and commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Beyond the kitchen, I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Marketing from the Vaal University of Technology and an Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis from Rhodes University. These qualifications strengthen my strategic approach to hospitality, allowing me to combine culinary creativity with business insight and operational excellence.
