I am a professional chef with 15 years experience, I worked at 5 star hotels in Durban and Gauteng. I studied my Food preparation and culinary arts ( city and Guilds ) at Icesa school of hospitality. I worked at Suncoast hotel and towers , Sibaya Casino, Simbithi Country Club, Life grand cafe , Hells kitchen and Ts Africa Catering.
