Creative, adventurous private chef, inspired by travel, culture and the joy of bringing people together around great food.
I’m a South African private chef with a background in fine dining, private villas, yachts and film productions. I trained at the Institute of Culinary Arts, one of the world’s top three culinary training facilities, graduating with Distinction. I’ve spent my career cooking in different kitchens and corners of the world, and my travels have strongly influenced how I cook. I love creating food that feels special without being overly complicated, using fresh, seasonal ingredients, bold flavours and plenty of colour.
