Passionate about standards.

I am a professional chef who has been passionate about food, people and a great practitioner of great hygiene and food standards. I graduated at The Swiss Hotel school in South Africa. In my time at the Swiss hotel school, I had the opportunity to work at the ocean reef club in Key Largo Florida USA, where my passion for the kitchen became clear. Since then, I've worked in places such as La Vie Lente restaurant as the head of cold kitchen, Jo Mexican restaurant as sous chef and was the head chef of a new pizza company called Old heads pizza. I am not only a trained chef but also qualified front of house, back of house and bar manager.

I first learnt to cook from my mother at the age of 7. I would watch cooking shows and later in life realized how much i love the kitchen culture.
