Scientist turned Chef, my passion for food took me from the laboratory to the kitchen, where I bring innovation, flavor and aesthetics to every plate.
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology & Cellular biology. When passion passion took over I started a business in 2018 called The Periodic Table Pty Ltd and Decadence_Luxury Indulgence Treats (in 2020). In 2021 enrolled at Capsicum Culinary Studios_uMhlanga where my qualification as a Professional Chef.
My restuarant placement was at Butlers Restaurant & Bar, based in Hillcrest, KZN.
My Premises holds a COA certificate from Ethekwini Municipality, as well as R638 Food Safety for person in Charge from Entecom which I obtained via my enrollment in the Spar Supplier Development Programme.
