I am a private chef who started cooking at the age of 10, yup 10 years old. Cooking has always been at the center of my life. I have tons of respect towards the ingredients as they are the heart of the dish. I studied at capsicum culinary studio and have been blessed to be around some awesome chefs in kitchens at Four Seasons hotel and Sandton Sun Hotel. Cooking has always been my passion whether i am cooking for family or for a large gathering. The ingredients dance with my hands as i prepare an awesome dish in the kitchen.
