I am a passionate and driven pastry chef with a strong foundation in both culinary and pastry arts, recently completing formal training to refine and expand my skills. With hands-on experience in high-end kitchens such as Kream at Mall of Africa and Topolino’s Italian Restaurant, I’ve developed a deep understanding of refined plating, consistency under pressure, and the importance of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

My training has equipped me with a versatile skill set—from classic French pastries and artisan breads to modern plated desserts and innovative sweet creations. I’m particularly focused on precision, creativity, and the art of balancing flavors and textures. Working in fast-paced, fine-dining environments has shaped my ability to perform under pressure, adapt quickly, and work seamlessly within a team.

I am now seeking opportunities to further grow as a pastry chef while bringing professionalism, attention to detail, and a love for culinary artistry to every plate I create.
