I am an internationally qualified and trained Chef specializing in Culinary Arts and Patisserie. I graduated in 2023 and have over 3 years of industry experience.
Since July 2021, I have worked across diverse environments including an airline catering company, café, boutique hotel, and fine-dining restaurants in the USA and South Africa.
I am skilled in all sections — Hot Section, Cold Section, and Pastry — and I am passionate about bringing people together through food. I am known for my commitment to the craft and my drive to ensure that every dish I create is nothing short of spectacular.
