I am a pastry chef and chef with 5 years of fine dining experience at some of the best restaurants in South Africa. I studied at the international hotel school with global qualifications. I’ve had experience in many different cuisines and I am well versed in the kitchen. I love creating food that speaks to the soul that is a sensory experience as well as an artistic food experience. Food that is tailored to entice the mind.
