I am a professional chef , I did Diploma in food preparation at Capsicum culinary , completed my course in 2019 . Worked in a few restaurants , learning different techniques and cuisines mostly French cuisine
I was a sous chef at Molo lolo lodge based in Addo , the restaurant focused mostly in French cuisine , I have learnt so much in there . We also had chefs coming from France to teach us different things and techniques , which was quite interesting . Grateful for the opportunity.
