Get to know me better

Very passionate about food and really enjoy different cooking techniques and recipes

I've been a chef for 16 years now studied at chef college in Birmingham in England. Once finished went straight to London where I got a job at claridges hotel where I worked under Martin Niall where I learnt running a very busy fish section cooking French and English cuisine. After a few years there I moved to Brighton where I worked under MasterChef winner Michael Bremner which was amazing g cheffing experience for me and also got promoted to chef de partie. Once I left there I became head chef for a smaller company which had a small farm attached to the restaurant. This is where I got to be creative as everything was farm to plate. We were also rearing Animals at this time feeding them different food to get the best quality from the product.
