I'm Chef Phakamani Ndlovu a young qualified ambitious, versatile and diverse Chef.

I am a professional Chef with almost 10 year's in the industry. I went to Hospitality Training Group where I got my Diploma in food preparation and cooking. Started my career at a 5 star hotel as a trainee to commi Chef, worked my way to Sous Chef where I'm currently employed at Zimanga Private Game Reserve. I'm a very versatile and diverse Chef, with excellent cooking skills and techniques gathered through out the year's.
