I am a chef whose earliest inspiration comes from the quest to good ingredients. I work alongside those ingredients to create magical dishes.
I am a home cook through and through. My first cooking experiences were at home and my favourite cooking experiences throughout my career have been in homes (mine and others’). Coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and dining halls have all played a part in my career, but it is in homes, making personalised meals, that I have made my best creations.
