Get to know me better

Hospitality and good food is my motto.

I am a professionally trained chef with 8 years of experience at different levels. I attended the South African Academy of Culinary Arts under the tutelage of Chef Ralph Gottschaclk, a world renowned chef who has worked in some of the best hotels in Europe. Under his guidance I gained a passion for true classical flare with a modern twist. After graduation I had the privilege to work under Chef Jonathan Holder at the top 10 rated golf course, St Francis Links. Chef Jon had trained under the great Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck and L'ortalan.

Under the guise of these 2 culinary geniuses I have managed to etch out my own cooking techniques that blend both classical techniques with modern ingredients!
