I am a professional passionate chef of 13 years in service, studied in HTA (Hospitality Training Association), all rounder but with a strength in hot kitchen and cold. My dessert is not top ranch but well. Did little Gastronomic cooking course FBI in Randburg, at a school of a renounce Chef Nicolas
