Good day

I would like to introduce myself.

I have completed contracts during the Mediterranean yachting seasons as sole chef on both private and charter vessels. I have also been sole or head chef in private villas during the Cape Town summer season with International guests.

I have been a chef for over 10 years working in patisserie, private villas, high end restaurants, and the yachting industry.

My love language. I love making dishes that are not only beautiful to look at and taste great, but make people smile.

I learned to cook at...

I was fortunate to grow up with an amazing chef as a mother, I grew up cooking in the kitchen with her. I went on to higher patisserie diplomas.

A cooking secret...

Never taking out my mood on the food or ingredients, even if I'm tired or not 100% I still show it love. Otherwise in my experience it knows :)
