I’m Chef Lebo, a professionally trained chef passionate about creating unforgettable culinary experiences. My journey began at the International Hotel School, studying Professional Cookery, and continued with Advanced Patisserie at the Prue Leith Culinary Institute. Along the way, I explored hospitality from every angle, including bartending with Thirst Bar Services, which refined my understanding of flavor, balance, and presentation. I’ve honed my craft at prestigious establishments such as Saint Restaurant, Pantry Marble Central, Zioux Restaurant, and Open Foods for the L’Oréal Paris event, and gained hands-on experience in a Korean-inspired food truck, blending bold street flavors with finesse. Today, as a private chef, I curate bespoke dining experiences and cater exclusive events, serving clients including the American and Italian Embassies. Each dish I create is a reflection of skill, creativity, and a passion for turning every meal into a memorable experience.
