I discovered who I was through cooking, creating an experience through food is my way of expressing myself. The dance of flavors, colour's, textures.
I am a 28 year old Junior Sous Chef at a well known establishment in Knysna. I have at least 4 years experience in my field. I have studied at South African Chef Academy in Cape Town. Did my internship at Sanlam as well as work at the Vineyard hotel. Once Covid hit I was out of my field until recent where I relocated to Knysna and have been here ever since. I am a vibrant person and this does show in my work.

I was able to learn that I am more then I can do on a plate. Expressing yourself through many ingredients and putting your all makes good food great.

My secret is "if it's wrong the first time make it twice so it's nice"
