I am a young and passionate chef working professionally in the culinary industry for just over 5 years now.
I have trained at many well known restaurants and under some very talented chefs with a wide variety of cuisines and cooking methods.
I am inspired by the produce that nature has to offer and towards what ingredients come into season. I am a strong believer that food brings people together in a way that no other activity ever will.
My cuisine type is French fused with a modern South Africa/Aisan twist with numerous techniques and flavour profiles.
