I'm passionate about cooking as career and I love being creative and seeing every dish that I make come alive. From home cook to professional chef.

I am a professional chef for the past 13years now. I studied my culinary expertise in Capsicum Culinary Studio in the year 2010. I obtained my Diploma in Patisserie and my Diploma in Food Preparation and Cookery. I was trained by Chef Klauss from Germany as a trainee . In 2011 trained at Protea Hotel as trainee then later worked in the industry as a commis chef.

I learned to cook in the year 2010 World cup events under Chef Klauss from Germany as a trainee chef. Learned to cook at the Protea Hotels Mariotts.

A cooking secret...

My secret in the kitchen is to always have good energy when handling food . Always use fresh produce and fresh ingredients. Mise en Ples is important.
