I’ve spent most of my life in and around food; from restaurants & events to cooking for high value clients & developing recipes for big brands.
I started in kitchens. Preparing. Learning. Creating. My love of food has grown into not only cooking but food styling, food photography and food & restaurant consulting.
Throughout my career, I’ve opened and managed restaurants, led kitchen teams, consulted for food businesses, built lasting client relationships, and created custom food experiences across a wide range of settings.
My work now reflects that range: thoughtful, well-executed food with an intuitive understanding of flavour, timing and flow. I work best in environments that value trust, care and quality where food is not just fuel, but a daily ritual worth doing well.
In my spare time, I’m an avid surfer and photographer with a family that I love to cook for.
