I am a fresh graduate from one of the best culinary schools in South Africa which is Chef Innovation and Training Academy and I did my Culinary Arts Programme for 6 months and in those schools days I can say that have learned a lot .I was one of those students that entered a competition against my seniors and still won whereby I came up with a starter of King oyster mushroom with cauliflower puree, miso glaze, soy pearls, rice paper and microgreens. I did not only do it on my own but with the help of Chef Robert. I am all about good and clear communication, teamwork, fast-paced student. I am eager to bring my culinary dedication and work ethic to your kitchen brigade. I am someone who arrives early, keeps my station immaculate, and understands that no task- from peeling vegetables to deep cleaning - is too small when it contributes to the success of the pass. I am looking for a kitchen where I can be a sponge: learning from my seniors while ensuring that every prep task I handle is executed to your exact specifications. My own motor is always going for what you want and love and I am also excited that this will give me an opportunity to work with other chef and gain more experience and knowledge through the corners of our industry.
