I love the medicine and alchemy of food and how it makes people feel.

I don't have any qualifications. I have been cooking on fire and convenctionary since I was 10.

I cook RAW, vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, baking, Thai, Indian, Italian, Spanish, south Africa and my own creations. I love making gut health meals with no sugar, dairy or processed foods. I am food love.

I learnt from my mom and dad. I did home economics at school. I have been managing restaurants for 15 years yet did not get qualified.
