I have only a few months experience that I got at training with Ivory Tree Game Lodge (5 star hotel). I am a recent graduate from International Hotel School and have studied Professional Cookery with Ecole Duccasse. My foundation at Ivory Tree Game Lodge has made me to be incredibly fast in the kitchen and gain many experience as they changed their menu everyday and I'm confident enough to say I adjusted quickly in the environment. I have fresh mind as well as fresh food ready to make families happy through my meals.
