I am a professional chef with 4 years experience. I excel in South African cuisine & Spanish cuisine. I studied Professional Cookery and Kitchen Management at the International Hotel School and later did an internship at Sea Island Resorts is the USA. I have also worked in multiple hotels and restaurants around Pretoria both in the front of house and back of house.
