I’m a chef who believes the best food is simple, hearty, and deeply satisfying.

I have hands-on experience working in professional hotel and restaurant kitchens, including Hilton Sandton, Radisson Blu Gautrain, and Gold Reef City. My background covers hot and cold kitchen operations, pastry work, and high-volume service, as well as front-of-house roles such as banqueting and guest service. This experience has given me a strong foundation in teamwork, consistency, and delivering quality food in fast-paced hospitality environments.
