I am an executive level chef with 21 years experience. I graduated from Christina Martin School in 2003 after doing a mentorship with Richard Cartsten for 2 years while I was still in high school. I learned to cook from a young age farm to table with my grandfather. I excel at being a eco chef. I was the consultant chef for hotel Verde. I love making my own pastry and use self grown ingredients.
