I am a food lover and because of that, I like exploring ingredients and see what I can make out of the simplest things.
I am a young professional chef who has 2 years experience in the culinary industry. I studied a diploma in professional cookery & kitchen management at the International Hotel School for 3 years and in those years I was privileged enough to work with amazing chefs, which is where I got my kitchen knowledge from. I have worked/trained at the Capital, Marriott hotel group, Hyatt Regency and at an Italian Restaurant.
