Chef Tash gave us an absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end! We arrived later than originally planned, and she was extremely gracious and accommodating, making us feel welcomed rather than rushed. The food was outstanding, but what truly made the experience special was the way Chef Tash brought each dish to life. As she presented the different South African dishes, she shared fascinating stories about the cuisine, its history, culture, and the meaning behind what we were eating. It turned an amazing meal into a genuine South African cultural experience. You can tell Chef Tash has a real passion for both her food and the people she serves. Her hospitality, knowledge, personality, and attention to detail were exceptional. If you're visiting South Africa and want more than just a great meal—if you want an authentic and memorable culinary experience—I highly recommend Chef Tash. She absolutely exceeded our expectations, and we would book with her again without hesitation!

Chef Tash is a legend. My first time ever employing a private chef, and it was a high stakes situation. My one year wedding anniversary. Chef Tash came to the house with her assistant, delivered one of the best meals we've ever had, and did it with incredible professionalism whilst remaining friendly and accessible. What a great time we had. The chicken livers were the best I've ever had in my life. The dessert was a stunner. She over-delivered in every department. Thank you Chef Tash for making our wedding anniversary a night we'll never forget. We can't wait to see you at the next one!

We had a private dinner for 6 at our house for my birthday party and we were absolutely blown away by the food - the presentation, the flavours and the story behind each dish. We paired each dish with a different wine and it was the best dinner (and probably the best birthday!) I’ve had. I’d highly recommend Chef Tash - she’s professional, warm and engaging. Chef Tash was amazing, I am so grateful for the wonderful service, beautiful food and brilliant experience she provided. We even had a power failure, and she carried on, cooked on gas in the dark and produced a 4-course menu that was 5-star. My husband's 50th birthday was extremely special and great memories were made! I highly recommend her for an unforgettable fine dining experience!! Loved every minute of it!!

Chef Tash was extremely professional and easy to work with from the very beginning. She offered/allowed additions to the menu and curated a menu perfect for all the guests at my event. Once meal time arrived she explained the story behind each dish, even giving a background on South African culture and how it played into the preparation of each dish. The food was absolutely delicious and her attention to detail phenomenal. I would definitely suggest anyone looking for a chef to utilize her and look forward to booking with her in the future.

Tash and her team provided an excellent dinner service. She communicated with me throughout the process, from beginning to end. She was able to cater to a strictly vegan menu and all the courses were marvelous. Everything from plating to taste was fantastic and she is honestly a wonderful human being. Beautifully presented, with flavour profiles that were out of this world. I love how she gracefully accepted my request when planning the menu, and included ingredients that matched our evening.
