I try by all means to create an experience in every plate and menu I create. To show that food can create memorable experiences too.
I'm a young South African male whose passionate about redefining how food is viewed, I strive by all means to carry myself out as serious and creative as Michelin star chefs do... when it comes to menu's I have created I usually apply different concepts such as adding South African food elements but in a gastronomic way onto the plate. One of my achievements this year was winning a cook with kenwood competition.
