Known to my peers as 'Mazwai', i have 12 years experience in the kitchen. I have rotated through all sections of the kitchens i have had the pleasure of working in. My experience has taught me great things and as such I have a vast knowledge of food and experimenting with different flavours. There are a few chefs that can creat food like I do. I take this work seriously and make sure I enjoy every moment.
