A "foodie" by nature who loves, enjoys and appreciates the art of good food and the joy and satisfaction it brings to other people.

I'm qualified chef by profession from Capsicum Culinary Studio in Pretoria. I graduated with a certificate and diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking, a diploma in Patisserie and a certificate in Sugar Craft Arts. I started my culinary journey at Orion Safari Hotel in Rustenburg, working along side chef William, then later moved on to Food Lovers Market in Menlyn Pretoria, working in the bakery section, I then moved on to Isabella's Cake and Food shop in Menlo Park Pretoria where I was making pastries and platters for private functions and finally Tang Restaurant at Mandela Square as a commis pastry chef.
