I'm a professional chef did my my 2 years at the1000 hills chef school in Durban Hillcrest .I have a diploma in culinary arts food and beverage.A certificates in international Wine Course ,barista course and sushi course. I have worked for Durban July 2015. I also worked for eat Greek catering in 2015 and 2016 part of my job experience. I have also worked in Protea Hotel Waterfront Richards Bay, lecture at the 1000hills chef,currently working at dukkah restaurant and bar in durban as Sous chef.
