I am a professional chef with 4 years experience. 2020 I did a course for professional cookery with HTA CULINARY SCHOOL OF ART and then from there I worked in a restaurant in the heart of Johannesburg, Gin and Eatery, 011 by The Baron thats where I learnt how to play and present food. I went on to go work for Park Café in Sandton Discovery where I was focused on functions and making sure food leaves the kitchen in a high quality standard.
