Chef Tshepiso Zondo

I am a professional chef with about 5 years experience. I graduated from The Peermont Hotel School at Emperors Palace where I also did my practicals. I was very fortunate to have been exposed to 5 star experience, restaurants and hotel, banqueting and ala cart and everything in between. All at the same time. That was the beginning of my culinary journey I have worked for Food Lovers Eateries and an amazing coffee shop which taught me so much about coffee and pastry. The best part of my journey has been working for a private game farm. My skills sharpened, I became a better chef than I was. I am a chef crazy about precision and detail. I love creating flavorful meals and melt in your mouth desserts. I happened to be a huge fan of cakes. I love to celebrate so I bake a delicious cake for every occasion.
