I studied Professional cookery 2 years ago, graduated and got my City and Guilds certificate for abroad pass. Currently working at a well known Resturant called Saint Restaurant in Sandton. I was recognized as a student at in few kitchens and was promised a job while I was studying, though I chose Saint because of the influence in the kitchen was enough. I would say cooking or being in the kitchen challenges me mentally to learn of course, and to understand my type of cooking which is comfort, and fine dine! I'm still young and thriving to learn further and know more about this industry.
