I currently teach culinary arts at a private institute. I know all the tricks to make a service run smoothly and all the fundamentals to execute great food. I aim to please and make guest satisfaction a priority. I have worked as a head chef for a 500 seater restaurant and has experience catering for large crowds. I have a flair for fine dining and plating food with attention to detail and finesse. I also create recipes and cook food that leaves a warm place in your memories.
