Cooking for me isn't about a fancy plate its about how my food makes you feel after you've had it.
I started cooking at the age of 8 years by using recipes from magazines and watching the food channel. I gained my professional experience at JCPS where I did a 3 year diploma in Culinary Arts. I gained experience at various establishments such as working on one of the best farms in the Western Cape. I have also worked at one of the best hotels in South Africa as well as an award winning restaurant in Sandton.
