I am a passionate culinary arts graduate looking to apply my creative skills and knowledge of food into your next event . In my capacity as a private chef, I have managed to single-handedly cater for 50 people at the highest level of production. What I lack in years I make up in experience because I always challenge myself to greater heights. My ultimate goal is to one have a Michelin star from infusing traditional South African cuisine into high end meals.
